We offer local pickup, local delivery, and national parcel shipping to ensure you get the parts you need, where and when you need them.

1. Order Processing Times

National Ship-To-Address Orders (Parcel Shipping):

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Local Pickup & Local Delivery:

  • Order online and pick up in store. Orders are processed the same day or next business day, based on product availability and store hours.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time during store hours will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time, on Sunday, or outside store hours will begin processing the next business day.

Ship-to-Store / Special Order (2-Day or 3-Day Availability Items):

  • These items are ordered the same day (if before 3:00 PM Central Time) and will be available for pickup or local delivery when they arrive.

2. Shipping Methods (National Ship-To-Address)

We ship through:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited and Overnight options may be available at checkout (depending on product and destination)

3. Local Pickup & Local Delivery

Local Delivery Service Area: Within our defined delivery radius.

Eligibility & Timelines:

  • Orders placed by 3:00 PM Central Time are eligible for same-day or next-business-day local delivery (based on product availability label on the website).

  • Some products may show 2-Day or 3-Day Pickup/Delivery — these items are sourced from warehouses and delivered upon arrival.

Cost:

  • Free local delivery on all orders

Order online and pick up in store during business hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, and Sunday closed. All times are Central Time.

4. Shipping Costs (National Ship-To-Address)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Some oversized or heavy items may include additional freight charges.

  • Hazardous materials (ex. certain chemicals) will ship via ground only, in compliance with carrier regulations.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your shipment at any time on the carrier’s website.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Your package arrives damaged

  • Items are missing

  • A shipment appears lost

We will assist in filing a claim and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Precision Auto Outlet ships only within the United States.
